We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your delivery date, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To start a return, follow these steps:
Do not send your purchase back without first contacting us and receiving an RMA number. Items returned without authorization may not be processed.
💡 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or we shipped the wrong item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status. If approved:
If your return is not approved (item does not meet return conditions), we'll notify you and can arrange to ship the item back to you at your expense.
We're happy to exchange eligible items for a different product of equal or lesser value. If you'd like to exchange for a higher-value item, we'll process a refund and you can place a new order.
